Returns
We accept returns on new unopened items within 14 days of delivery. The item/items must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers must notify seller by email before returning goods and submit a declaration of withdrawal on the form provided to him by the Seller.
Uppon receiving the return form from buyer, the seller will provide the return address where the goods should be send back.
Return shipping is paid by buyer.
Refunds will be made after inspecting the returned goods by seller. Once a refund has been approved, please allow 1-2 weeks for refund to be processed.
If the delivered goods are incomplete or bear any traces of use, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept the shipment or to reduce the amount returned by the equivalent of the damaged goods.
